  2. This regulation defines the rules for using the store, placing orders, selling products, fulfilling orders, consumer rights, and the rules for complaints and returns..

§2. Definitions

For the purposes of the Regulations:

  1. Client – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
  2. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to business activity.
  3. Product – hair cosmetic offered in the store.
  4. Cart – mechanism for collecting products for an order.
  5. Order – a declaration of the Client's intent aimed directly at purchasing the Product.

§3. Terms of Use for the Store

  1. Using the store and placing orders is possible after turning 18 years old.
  2. The store sells in the territory of Poland, as well as to selected EU countries.

§4. Orders

  1. Orders can be placed through the form available on the store's website 24/7.
  2. The customer can check the contents of the cart and correct the information at any time before placing the order..
  3. The confirmation of the order placement is an automatic email confirmation sent to the address provided by the Customer..

§5. Prices and Payments

  1. The prices listed for the products are in Polish zloty and include VAT.
  2. The price of the product includes delivery costs, of which the Customer is informed before placing the order..
  3. The client can choose the payment method:
  • online transfer (Przelewy24 / PayU / other payment gateway),
  • traditional bank transfer,
  • cash on delivery (if available)).

§6. Order fulfillment

  1. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the moment of payment confirmation (if payment is made online) or from the moment the order is placed (if payment is made upon delivery).
  2. Shipments are delivered via a courier company / Post / Parcel lockers.

§7. Withdrawal from the contract (consumer rights)

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the product..
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the seller of their decision via email or in writing.
  3. Returns should be sent to the address: Transportowców 11/12.
